Terms & Conditions – Winter 2025 Engagement Shoot Offer
1. Offer Overview
This promotion includes a complimentary engagement shoot (valued at £500) when booking wedding photography with Shea Deighan Photography.
2. Eligibility
The offer applies only to couples who:
Enquire via the dedicated Winter 2025 offer page
Mention or reference the Getting Married in Northern Ireland Winter 2025 feature prior to booking
Book wedding photography following their enquiry
3. Minimum Spend Requirement
A minimum booking value of £1,500 applies for this offer to be valid.
4. Limited Availability
The promotion is limited to 40 engagement shoots
Offered on a first booked, first served basis
Availability cannot be guaranteed once all promotional shoots are allocated
5. Booking Conditions
Wedding photography must be formally booked with a signed contract and paid booking fee
The engagement shoot will be scheduled Monday–Thursday, subject to availability
Shoot location must be within 30 minutes of Shea’s premises
6. Non-Transferable / No Cash Alternative
The engagement shoot cannot be exchanged for cash, discounts, or alternative products
The offer is non-transferable
7. Rescheduling & Cancellation
Standard rescheduling policies apply
If the wedding booking is cancelled, the engagement shoot reverts to its standard price
8. Image Delivery
Shoot includes a curated gallery of edited images
Prints, albums, and additional products are optional and charged separately
9. Cannot Be Applied Retrospectively
This offer:
Cannot be applied to existing bookings
Cannot be claimed after a wedding contract has been signed
Applies only at the time of booking
10. Promotion Period
Valid for enquiries made during the Winter 2025 promotional period unless withdrawn earlier.
