Wedding Photographer of the Year - Shortlisted
I’ve been nominated for Wedding Photographer of the Year at the inaugural One Fab Day Wedding Awards in Dublin later next month!
One Fab Day is Ireland’s leading online wedding magazine. To have my work recognised in its first-ever wedding awards is super exciting.
Celebrating the Moments That Matter
Since 2010, I’ve been photographing weddings and telling the stories of so many amazing couples. From the excitement of the morning preps to the serenity of the ceremony, the family photographs, the laughs, the tears and the craic on the dance floor, every wedding has its own personality and own story to tell.
My approach to wedding photography has always been about creating images that feel like you — a mix of beautiful, timeless portraits and genuine, unplanned moments that bring you straight back to your wedding day - all with that extra piece of polish and sparkle.
As we all know, long after the flowers have faded and the music has stopped, your wedding photography is what helps you relive it all and if your wedding photography is of a high standard, everything is better.
The One Fab Day Wedding Awards
The wedding awards celebrate the talent, creativity and dedication of the Ireland’s wedding suppliers who make the Irish wedding industry so special. With an expert judging panel and some fantastic names across the industry being recognised, it’s exciting to be part of the first year.
Wedding Photographer of the Year - Sponsored by Canon UK & Ireland
The award sponsor for Wedding Photographer of the Year is Canon UK & Ireland. By coincidence, I’ve been a Canon photographer from the very beginning of my career. I’ve always loved the colour that Canon produces and in my opinion they make the best camera bodies and lenses.
The awards ceremony takes place on 5 November 2026 at the College Green Hotel in Dublin, where the winners will be announced.
A Big Thank You
Most importantly, thank you to every couple who has trusted me through the years to photograph their wedding.
Every wedding I’ve photographed has played a part in shaping the photographer I am today, and I never take that trust for granted.
For now, I’m simply over the moon to be named as a finalist. There’s a lot of incredible talent in the Irish wedding industry, and it’s lovely to have my work included in the conversation.
To all the couples planning their weddings, I’ll keep doing what I love most: creating authentic, timeless and cinematic photographs, with a little bit of posing and sparkle when it matters and plenty of candid moments when it counts.
Here’s to the next chapter — and hopefully a good time in Dublin!
